Synopsis:
The Flash catches three teenagers who have robbed a butcher shop. Rather than turn the kids in, he returns the stolen money, then hires the kids to help him fight crime. The boys are against the idea at first, but they eventually take pride in helping the Flash. When one of the boys, Spike, learns that his criminal brother Slit Dugan is planning a jail break, he wants to quit. The Flash stops the escaped crooks, then convinces Dugan to talk to his brother. Slit tells Spike to stay straight. He then turns himself back into prison. After exhibiting good behavior, Slit is eventually paroled.
