Synopsis:
When Barry Allen learns that someone is impersonating the Flash, he tries to investigate. Barry quickly discovers that his own super-speed has vanished. Barry is soon contacted by Doralla Kon, who explains that she is responsible for the loss of his speed. A criminal from her dimension named Korakar Lok has stolen the speed from her people. He intends to permanently steal the super-speed of the Flash, so Doralla temporarily neutralized Flash's powers.
Doralla returns to her dimension with the Flash and restores his powers. Working together they destroy Lok's machine that has stolen the speed from Doralla's people. They Flash returns to Earth and fights Lok, first ensuring that the crook can't steal his speed. Flash defeats his foe and turns him over to Doralla.
