Synopsis:
Rod Gaynor owns a company that is run by his partner Chislem. However, Chislem is cheating workers out of their pay by using a crooked employment agency. One of the workers brings the story to Marisa Dillon who convinces Rod to take a job at his own factory. While Rod waits to begin work, he goes into action as the Whip. He uncovers evidence that Chislem and the employment agency are taking the workers' wages. He then forces the crooks to perform manual labor and return the money.
