Synopsis:
A scientist invents a machine that produces a ray of light which causes unstoppable curiosity in people. The scientist sells his invention to a crime boss known as the Grey Guardsman who uses the device on the Flash. While the Flash indulges his insatiable curiosity at a library, the criminals enact a crime wave around the city. Jay eventually investigates the source of his curiosity and tracks down the scientist. He then alters the ray which forces the scientist to tell the truth. The scientist then cures the Flash who then proceeds to stop the Grey Guardsman and his gang.
