Synopsis:
Sheik Omar El Kobra learns that the exiled sheik Sidi Ben Hassen is alive and working as a cab driver in Gotham City. Kobra has usurped Hassen's rule, so he and his assassins travel to Gotham to finish off the rightful sheik.
Sidi Ben Hassen is injured while helping Batman apprehend some crooks. Batman drives Hassen's cab back to the garage, while the driver is taken to the hospital. He then becomes entangled in the assassination attempt, when Omar and his men mistake him for Hassen.
Though he is tied up, Batman manages to send a signal to Robin. The Boy Wonder arrives in time to help Batman beat the assassins. When Hassen recovers from his injuries, he is restored to rightful rule.
