Synopsis:
Hawkman seeks to track down the source behind a series of remote controlled bombs. When he saves Big Frenchy, a racket boss, from one of the bombs, he learns that Frenchy's men are working with the bomber to eliminate their boss. Hawkman and Frenchy team up to track down Sathan, the bomber. After Sathan is captured, Frenchy decides to reform and join the police.
