Synopsis:
The Newsboy Legion sets out to help under-priviledged children by filming a movie about slum life to raise awareness. During their filming, they catch three crooks on film. The crooks try to recover the film, but the Guardian helps the kids escape from them. However, the boys left the dust cap on the camera while filming, so the film is useless, but the crooks keep trying to steal it and are eventually captured.
