Synopsis:
Flash returns to Central City after an out-of-town case. He feels a slight tingle when entering town as Abra Kadabra has transferred his own magic to the Flash. When Flash tries to apprehend a gang of crooks, the magic backfires and causes Flash to fail.

Abra Kadabra then taunts Flash and attempts to extort him. Kadabra offers to remove the uncontrollable magic in exchange for Flash's super-speed. Flash refuses the offer, then defeats Kadabra by randomly using his super-speed. Flash then uses Kadabra's own machine to transfer the magic into an ordinary table lamp.
