Synopsis:
Superman discovers a town that hates him. The town is lead by Bruce Cyrus. No one in town seems to know why Cyrus hates Superman, but they are forced to obey Anti-Superman laws of the town.

Superman meets Cyrus and learns that he is from the same Smallville orphanage. He has blamed Superman all his life for not being adopted. Superman takes him to the past and proves that it was not his doing that caused Cyrus to be unadopted. Cyrus repents his behavior and abolishes the Anti-Superman laws.
