Synopsis:
Superman travels to the island republic of Voroda as Clark Kent. He is arrested by the commandant of a political prison who is trying to establish himself as dictator. While in the Voroda jail, Clark secretly uses his powers to embarrass the Colonel. When some government officials arrive at the prison, Clark further humiliates the Colonel, and in so doing, the political prisoners are freed.
