Synopsis:
Johnny receives a telegram from Daisy Darling to meet her at the train station. The befuddled Johhny hails a cab, which takes him to the police station instead of the train station. A robber fleeing from police jumps in the cab, which drives away.

After the robber escapes, the cab driver lets Johnny drive. The cab is equipped with several crazy inventions created by the driver. Johnny wrecks the cab, then arrives at the train station too late to meet Daisy. The cab driver is angry at Johnny, who runs out of the station to elude the driver and find Daisy.
