Synopsis:
The Three Dimwits are conned into buying a skating rink and assuming a huge debt. Flash agrees to appear at the rink to raise money. Cutthroat Charley and the racketeers who sold the rink to the boys try to rob the box office, but Flash stops them. Flash then discovers that the crooks have sold other in debt businesses to unsuspecting buyers. Flash schemes with the Dimwits to trick the crooks into buying back the rink by making them think it is profitable. In the process Flash gets Charley to confess and turn himself in to police.
