Synopsis:
Hawkman witnesses the crash of a space ship from Neptune. The giant people aboard are killed, but he finds an egg inside the ship. He takes the egg home and hides it. Shiera Sanders finds the egg at Carter's house and gives it to Noel Ratchford, who is conducting experiments with egg's of his own.

The egg hatches and a Neptunian boy is born. Noel trains the boy for evil. When the boy grows into a giant who can emit deadly beams from his eyes, Noels sends him on a killing spree. Since Noel also hates Carter Hall, he convinces the boy to proclaim that Hall is his master.

Hawkman battles the giant, while his other identity is suspected of being responsible. Using a spear, Hawkman blinds the giant boy and forces him to reveal Noel as his trainer. Hawkman then kills the giant, turns Noel over to authorities, and clears the name of Carter Hall.
