Synopsis:
Carter and Shiera watch an animal act featuring tigers trained by a girl named Satana. One of the tigers get loose and kills a man, prompting a smile from Satana. Suspicious Hawkman trails Satana back to her house where he discovers a surgeons table. Hawkman learns that Satana is really Sara Descarl, a brilliant surgeon who has transplanted human brains into the tigers. Hawkman defeats the tigers and turns Satana into the police.
