Synopsis:
Clark and Lois attend a carnival and are cheated by the employees there. Lois decides to write a story about it, so she returns to get pictures. The crooks smash her camera, but she visits Jackel, the carnival owner. Jackel pretends to fire the men to get rid of Lois, but Superman is nearby and sees the whole thing.
When another patron is assaulted by the crooks, Superman steps in and smashes up the carnival, giving the money back to the rightful owners. The crooks try to gang tackle Superman, but he is too powerful. They are arrested, but Jackel flees. Superman chases him down and turns him over to the police with his ill-gotten gains recovered as evidence.
