Synopsis:
When a newly constructed building disappears, the company is contacted by Mister Sinister who claims to have stolen the building. The company agrees to pay the ransom, despite a warning from Superman. The building is returned, but another building is stolen.

The staff of the Daily Planet acts to stop further ransom payment, so their own building is stolen. The buildings have been transported to the fourth dimension along with everyone inside, including Clark Kent. As Superman, Clark battles Sinister who eventually is destroyed by his own devices. The buildings are then returned.
