Synopsis:
Clark Kent is alerted by Frank Martin, an anti-espionage agent, to a fifth column organization. Superman smashes up the group and recovers a damaging document. When he tries to deliver it to Martin as Clark, he is framed for Martin’s murder by Martin’s partner Jeff Carlton.
Escaping from police, Superman trails the subversives to Sagdorf, a foreign army commander. Superman destroys the army’s weapons, but is fired upon. While Superman is unharmed, the entire opposing army is decimated.
Returning home and seeking to clear his name, Clark forces a confession from Carlton. He also gathers further evidence which exonerates him of wrongdoing.
