Synopsis:
After surviving a fall into the river, the Riddler returns to Gotham. He begins a new series of crimes where he offers cash prizes to the public for solving riddles. The riddles bring crowds to the scenes of his robberies, allowing him to lose Batman and Robin and make his getaway. After two failed attempts, Batman eventually apprehends the Riddler at the Gotham Museum.
