Synopsis:
The Challengers are assigned to capture a criminal known as Roc. Roc has escaped to an island where Dr. Hascomb has created a machine that can turn thought into matter. When the Challs arrive Roc creates a giant gorilla to attack them. The Challs escape from the gorilla, find Dr. Hascomb, and rescue the thought machine from destruction. While the doctor tries to create a neutralizer to stop Roc, Ace undergoes the process to gain the thought ability.

The Challs then trail Roc back to his hide-out. Ace and Roc engage in a duel of their abilities. The match is a stalemate until Ace creates spinning pinwheels that hypnotize Roc into submission. The Challs take Roc to Hascomb who removes the abilities from both Ace and the incarcerated Roc.
