Synopsis:
A dense fog that has blanketed Central City for two days lifts. In the center of the town square, a three story box has been suspiciously left under the cover of the fog. The police investigate the box and attempt to open it. The whole city flocks to the site to learn the secret of the box.

Flash suspects that whoever left the box wanted to divert attention from another area of the city. He searches the city and finds a jewelry store being robbed. He captures the criminal and returns to the square. The police have opened the box, only to find another box inside.
