Synopsis:
Flash assists some tunnel diggers after a cave-in. The cave-in was caused by Joe Donly, a mobster out to discredit the tunnel company chief John Rimal. Flash saves Rimal from getting shot, prevents a bomb from detonating the tunnel, and stops a workers revolt. Finally, Flash rescues Joan who was captured by Donly and captures the crooks.
