Synopsis:
Clark and Lois are alerted to the presence of a giant monsters being bred on the distant Baracoda Island. The information is delivered by a scientist, Dudley Barner, who is soon murdered. The reporters travel to the island with big game hunter Allen Masters, only to find their presence unwanted.

Superman helps the group slip past the defenses, but they are all soon captured by the men in control. They learn that the animals are being bred to take over the world and controlled by Luthor. Superman frees everyone, but Masters betrays them having secretly been Luthor’s ally. The island and everything on it are destroyed in the ensuing battle. Superman escapes with Lois and finishes off the last of the monsters.
