Synopsis:
After reading a fairy tale to a young boy in the library, Adam Blake sees a real giant. He battles the giant as Captain Comet until it mysteriously disappears. The next day he reads a fairy tale about a dragon which soon appears in the middle of town. Later Captain Comet begins seeing elves and other fictional creatures, leading the world to believe he has gone mad.
The young boy from the library returns to his people for he is actually a disguised alien. The aliens used their advanced science to create the creatures seen by Captain Comet and to drive him mad. With Comet out of the way, they start an invasion. However, Captain Comet was only faking his insanity and is able to thwart the alien attack.
