Synopsis:
Mr. Von Goldstein tracks Captain Colorful to Scribbly's home and offers him a job as an actor. Colorful agrees until he learns that women will be interested in him. Meanwhile, Twitchel is thrown out of the movie studio and meets Roscoe on a park bench. They join forces with plans to open a rival movie studio.
