Synopsis:
Superman exposes a stage magician, Shandu, as a fraud. Shandu swears revenge and leaves behind a super-natural clock after his death. When the clock strikes the hour, a Superman figure emerges and rings a gong. The Man of Steel then goes into a trance and uses his powers just like the figure.
The Fallon Gang learns of this and plans crimes around the striking of the hour. They unveil a new weapon, but Superman arrives to stop them. The clock was designed by him and Shandu to lure Fallon’s weapon out of hiding. With the gang captured, Shandu is revealed to still be alive.
