Synopsis:
Atom investigates a robbery which evidence reveals was committed by Tom Parks. Parks has no memory of the crime and was apparently in two places at once. Atom believes an imposter was involved, and soon locates Jim Talbot, a man with a similar build.

Talbot is hypnotized by a photographer named Elkins and unwittingly committs a robbery of his own. Atom tries to defeat Elkins, but the crook uses the hypnotizing camera on the Mighty Mite. Atom is able to avoid being hypnotized and is able to force Elkins to confess, exonerating his victims.
