Synopsis:
Director Von Goldstein wants Scribbly's brother to substitute for a movie star who is sick with the mumps. He orders his make-up department to turn the kid into a girl. The boy runs away and finds Roscoe for help. Once the make-up artists are dealt with, Scribbly's brother has a dream about his future as a movie star. He changes his mind and asks the director for the role.
