Synopsis:
After being hit in the face with a baseball, artist Ving Parker sees more of Scribbly's artwork. He decides to track down the boy to mentor him. Meanwhile, Scribbly laments that he will never have another chance to meet his idol. Ving searches the neighborhood. He uses artwork drawn on fences to follow the boy's trail. Parker finally gives up his search and returns to his car only to discover that Scribbly has been there. There are pictures drawn on the side of the car.
