Synopsis:
Tank Tinker joins a secretive group of scientists and inventors known as the Guard America League. The League has been formed to create ideas for the US government. However, the League’s leader Colonel Dunbar has been replaced by an imposter and Nazi spy. Tank and Hop uncover the plot and round up the spies. Tank is then elected the new leader of the League.
