Synopsis:
The Flash stops a robbery and apprehends the Turtle Man and his gang. After the fight, he is exhausted. His wife Joan convinces Jay to take her to an outdoor music festival. Shortly after they arrive, the Fiddler makes an appearance and tries to rob the box office. The Flash goes into action, but he is too tired to reach his opponent. The Fiddler laughs. When he does, he stops playing his hypnotic song. This allows the Flash a moment to grab the Fiddler's bow and make the capture.
