Synopsis:
While covering a story, Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Perry White visit an Aztec temple. They are strangely transported to a prehistoric world with a red sun for 48 hours. In this world, Clark has no super powers. He is stung by a giant bee and must rest while the others continue to explore.

Later, Jimmy uses his signal watch and Clark has to show up as Superman. The Man of Steel must fake his powers with a series of special tricks. During their stay in the strange world, Lois cuts a lock of Clark’s hair, which proves he is not Superman. When the 48 hours is up, the reporters are returned to the temple without time having elapsed. They have no way to prove the events of the experience, but Lois is mystified by the lock of Clark’s hair which now can not be cut.
