Synopsis:
As part of a plan to uncover some foreign spies, Superman takes over for the police force when an apparent accident causes them to become ill. While he rounds up crooks as a super-cop, a disguised Perry White sells some fake Kryptonite to the spies. The spy leader then uses the Kryptonite on Superman, who fakes weakness. He is then able to gather evidence and uncover the entire spy ring at which point he captures them, and the police return to work.
