Synopsis:
When Lucy Lane falls for a music star Rick Rock, Jimmy Olsen starts his own band. Superman is enlisted to help them get their start at a July 4th concert. Superman recalls a dance from Krypton that had a hypnotic effect on his parents. He gives Jimmy the sheet music, then finds himself unable to stop dancing the Krypton Crawl. Jimmy and the band follow Superman as he dances across the city and into a secure military facility. When the music stops Superman returns to normal.
After the show, Jimmy's drummer, Bruce Bailey, reports to his boss. Bailey is really a spy from an international spy ring. Superman's dancing was caused by Red Kryptonite, which Bailey used to put Superman under hypnotic influence. While in the military facility, Bailey planted a bomb. Fortunately, Jimmy realizes that Bailey is up to something, and Superman stops the explosion. The spies are then apprehended. The Krypton Crawl soon becomes the latest dance craze.
