Synopsis:
Rangoon decides to honor Superman with a postage stamp with his picture on it. The Mayor of Rangoon comes to America and gets a picture, but Superman begs him not to use it. After several unsuccessful attempts to get a better picture for the Mayor, Superman finally succeeds and another picture is to be used. Superman didn’t want the original one used because the "OO" in Rangoon would appear over his eyes and look like glasses, potentially exposing his secret identity.
