Synopsis:
When Jonathan Kent's millionaire brother Kendall comes to visit, he asks to adopt Clark. Clark explains that he would rather stay with Jonathan and Martha. When Kendall leaves, an accident causes him to nearly have a heart attack. It also causes him to believe that Clark has agreed to become his son. Clark is forced to play along to protect Kendall's heart from further trauma.

Clark moves into Kendall's mansion. He is given a personal butler and a new wardrobe. When he attends school, the other children shun him. After conversing with Kendall's doctor, Superboy decides to recreate Kendall's accident. The shock restores Kendall's mind to normal, and Clark returns to live with Jonathan and Martha.
