Synopsis:
Superboy takes another Smallville youth, Frank Merrill, to the planet Brozz. Frank is timid like Clark Kent, but in the atmosphere of Brozz he gains super powers. Superboy loses his own powers in Brozz’s atmosphere, but Frank protects him. After proving themselves friendly, the boys are accepted by the people of Brozz. Frank decides to remain on the planet permanently as its new super-hero Super-Youth.
