Synopsis:
Burt Bentley, the Smallville dog-catcher, has been unchaining dogs and letting them escape. Then he catches the dog and forces the owner to pay a fine. Superboy learns of the scheme and sends Krypto to help.

Krypto pretends to have forgotten Superboy and becomes Bentley’s dog. Bentley tries to take advantage of Krypto, but his plans backfire on him. He eventually learns that Krypto is trying to trick him. He tries to earn more money off Krypto by selling tickets to see Krypto perform. The plan once again backfires and costs Bentley all of the money he cheated people out of. Superboy returns the money to its rightful owners.
