This story was originally titled "Supergirl's Busiest Day" and is presented as a "Hall of Fame Classic".

Synopsis:
After helping another orphan get adopted Linda Lee who is secretly Supergirl wishes that something exciting would happen. She is then signaled by Krypto who has been captured by a space ship. Supergirl rescues Krypto and returns to Earth.
Upon her return, a request for help is sent to her by Lori Lemaris in Atlantis. A criminal named Malo is giving the Atlanteans problems. Supergirl uses her wits to defeat Malo and turn him over to the authorities. When she returns to the orphanage, she learns that Batman and Robin need help as well, so she rescues them without being seen.
Superman then signals her to come to his Fortress of Solitude. Superman, Lori, Krypto, Batman and Robin are all present for a party to celebrate Supergirl’s birthday. All of her deeds were designed by Superman to challenge her. Even the bottled city of Kandor wishes Supergirl a happy 16th brithday.
