Synopsis:
Bruce Gordon visits South American where he will help construct an atomic power plant. He rescues the president from a bomb planted by a rebel faction called the Matanzas. Bruce then leaves to find an adequate location for the atomic facility.

During his search, Bruce is injured and suffers amnesia. When an eclipse causes Eclipso to split off from him, his evil self convinces Bruce to join the Matanzas. Eclipso, Bruce, and the rebels then attack a newly constructed bridge. A bullet creases Bruce's skull, restoring his memory. Bruce then stops Eclipso and rejoins with him. The Matanzas are defeated and plans for the atomic plant continue.
