Synopsis:
Aquaman witnesses the demonstration of a new growth formula invented by Professor Brant. Thieves break into Brant's lab and steal the formula. Aquaman is splashed with the chemical causing him to grow into a giant.

Aquaman returns to Atlantis in his giant form. Atlantis is under attack from a giant jellyfish. The jellyfish was enlarged using the growth formula. Aquaman defeats the jellyfish, but the thieves create other menaces and continue their attack on Atlantis.

Aquaman attacks the crooks' submarine. The leader, known as the Fisherman, using the growth formula on himself and does battle with Aquaman. The Fisherman appears to be winning, until suddenly Aquaman shrinks to tiny size. The Fisherman then resumes his attack.

Aquaman, assisted by Aqualad, summons electric eels to shock the Fisherman. The shock restores the crook's normal size. Aquaman, still in his tiny form, slips inside the Fisherman's sub and prevents him from bombing Atlantis. Aquaman then regains his normal size and finishes off the crooks.
