Synopsis:
Superboy recalls a time when he could not control his super strength. He was asked to help capture a criminal group called the Uniform Gang. During his attempt to capture them, one of the crooks was apparently killed by Superboy’s super strength. Fearing himself a menace, Superboy was unable to properly control his power. When he discovered that the death of the crook was not his fault, he recovered his confidence and was able to use his strength again.
