Lois Lane is injured, so Superman brings her to the hospital where she receives a blood transfusion. In her dreamlike state, Lois believes she is receiving Superman’s blood. She then proceeds to dream that she is Power Girl, a female super-hero.

During her dream, she rescues Clark Kent and gives him a blood transfusion as well. Clark becomes Power Man, but he is timid and does not use his powers wisely. Finally, Clark gives away his secret identity, which frustrates Lois.

When she awakens from her dream, Lois can’t believe she ever suspected Clark of being the Man of Steel.
