Synopsis:
During a lightning storm Lana Lang visits the Kents. Superboy is outside protecting Smallville from lightning strikes. He then realizes that he left a giant needle on the fireplace. If Lana sees the needle he fears that she will learn his secret.

Without returning home Superboy must send a message to Jonathan Kent to hide the needle. While protecting the town, he acts out a secret message by playing charades. Jonathan receives the message and safely hides the needle until Lana leaves.
