This story continues in the second story of Action Comics #328.

Synopsis:
Stix and Hubro, law officers from Dimenion Z, contact the law enforcement agencies from around the world claiming that Supergirl is an escaped criminal from their dimension. The law officers show film of Supergirl, whom they know as Serpena, committing acts of destruction. Supergirl tries to defend herself at a formal hearing, but even Superman testifies against her. Supergirl's powers also fail her, when Stix and Hubro claim that they are faked using a power pack in her boot. With the evidence stacked against her, Supergirl's claim of innocence is ignored. She is turned over to Stix and Hubro and extradicted back to Dimension Z.
