Synopsis:
A scientist calling himself Dr. Deep has invented a device which can transfer minds between any two individuals. After he tests the device on a ship captain, the Sea Devils come after him. Dr. Deep has prepared robot Sea Devils, expecting their intervention.

Using the transfer machine, Dr. Deep places the minds of Nicky and Biff into the robots, which he controls. Dr. Deep then sends the robot pair to capture the other two Sea Devils. During the encounter, Dane's mind is transferred to a shark, then to a small fish.

Only Judy remains to save the team. She disguises herself as one of Dr. Deep's robots. The disguise allows Judy to get close enough to the mind transference device to restore Nicky and Biff. The trio then apprehends Dr. Deep and restores Dane's mind to his own body.
