Synopsis:
The Sea Devils befriend a trained seal, Pappy. After a performance, the Sea Devils take the seal aboard their boat, the Sea Witch, toward their next performance. However, rough seas cause Pappy to be thrown overboard, forcing the frogmen to go after him.

The Sea Devils encounter a shark, but Pappy helps them fight it off. He also rescues them from the clutches of an octopus. Soon Pappy meets a pack of seals and starts a fight with the leader for the love of a female seal. Pappy wins the battle and elects to stay with those of his own kind.
