Synopsis:
The Sea Devils investigate the crash of a UFO in the ocean. While aboard the Sea Witch, the Sea Devils witness a giant hand and trident capsize a passing ship. Biff and Dane dive, discovering the crashed UFO, which contained a exiled tyrant from Venus named Horro.

Horro destroys the Sea Witch, forcing Nicky and Judy to join the others underwater. The Sea Devils then try to delay Horro, while he is attacked with torpedos and depth charges. The alien avoids the attacks, until the Sea Devils pilot a torpedo directly into him. They survive the blast, but Horro does not.
