Synopsis:
While saving two people from a burning building, the Flash injures his ankle. He is forced to use crutches and fears that his secret identity will be exposed.

Meanwhile, Captain Cold and Heat Wave have renewed their alliance. During a robbery, they fight over which should get to date a fashion model. To settle their argument they have a contest to prove their worth. They both turn their weapons on the Flash. Unable to fight back because of his ankle, the Flash is nearly defeated. However, the bombardment of hot and cold ease the pain. Flash rallies to defeat his foes.

With the ankle improved, Flash is able to return to his Barry Allen identity without crutches.
