Synopsis:
When a gang of criminals use a series of new weapons during their crimes, Blackhawk recognizes them. The weapons were rejected during a science conference that Blackhawk attended months earlier. The inventors are suspect, but the Blackhawk find a tycoon named Porter is responsible for bringing the weapons to life. The team uses ultra-sonic whistles to stop Porter's last invention, then they defeat his gang.
