Comments:
This is a Detached Service Diary story starring Blackhawk.

Synopsis:
Blackhawk visits Hollywood as a consultant on a movie about him. After the star of the picture, Bo Baney, proves himself unable to handle the stunts, the director asks Blackhawk to fill in. During the first scene, a real gorilla gets loose, forcing Blackhawk into action. Blackhawk suspects someone deliberately released the gorilla.

As shooting begins on the next scene, Baney slugs Blackhawk and takes his place during a stunt. Blackhawk is forced to rescue Baney and his co-star, when another real danger imperils them. The director admits to staging the real dangers, and the picture is finished.
